Public Reprimand of Philip M. Kleinsmith

On March 20, 2012, the Supreme Court of Arizona publicly reprimanded Respondent and placed Respondent on probation for one year with terms and conditions upon practice, based upon the following facts. Supreme Court of Arizona, State Bar of AZ Charge No. PDJ-2012-9019, No. 11-2745.
The Respondent filed improper arbitration certificates in nine different matters; failed to appear at a hearing; failed to properly serve a party; failed to properly withdraw as counsel, and filed documents with errors and omissions.
Respondent’s misconduct upon which his Arizona reprimand and probation was based consisted of conduct violating Rule 42, ER (s) 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.16, 5.3, and 8.4 (d)., Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct.
Under SCR 22.22(2), Respondent is subject to reciprocal discipline in Wisconsin.
In accordance with SCR 22.09(3), Attorney Philip M. Kleinsmith, is hereby publicly reprimanded.
