On May 22, 2025, the District of Columbia Office of Disciplinary Counsel issued an Informal Admonition against Attorney Mark Robert Raddatz. That Informal Admonition, which is incorporated into this reprimand as pages 2 through 5, forms a basis upon which reciprocal discipline could be sought and imposed pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 22.22. An Informal Admonition in the District of Colombia is equivalent to a public reprimand in Wisconsin. Rather than go through the complaint process, Attorney Raddatz has consented to the imposition of a public reprimand.

The District of Columbia Office of Disciplinary Counsel found that Attorney Raddatz violated the following District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct: 4.2(a) (communication between lawyer and person represented by counsel); 8.4(d) (misconduct).

Attorney Raddatz has no prior discipline.

In accordance with SCR 22.09(3), Attorney Mark Robert Raddatz is hereby publicly reprimanded.
